Alloy Steel Bars & Rods is recommended for elevated temperature service and extensively used in a wide array of industries for application such as rotary table shafting, valves, bolts, drill collar, and coupling. It has excellent corrosion resistant to acid attacks can be exposed to acetic acids and show high strength for bearing pressure. Alloy Steel Bars & Rods have phosphorus content in it for high thermal stability and also prevent precipitation of carbide in welding. It has the ability to resist corrosion when exposed to hydroxide compounds and an oxidizing agent.
